German-born Sophie brings you flowing sequences and smooth breath awareness to release tension in your body and relax your mind. Sophie completed her teacher training in India and is well educated in all forms of yoga from Hatha to Ashtanga Vinyasa and she weaves many elements of these styles into her friendly and nurturing classes. Her teaching is intuitive, sharp, powerful and sensitive to the comfort of her class. She invites students to use modifications suitable for their bodies so they can connect not only physically but also emotionally, through breathing, movement and simple stillness.
