I began practicing Yoga over 8 years ago in 2012, when my chance to travel the world was realised I took a regular, grounding asana practice with me all over the world. I then studied for a year and half at the Yoga Barn in Bali with some of the leading teachers in Yin Yoga, Hatha and vinyasa. And taught abroad at some gorgeous locations around the southern hemisphere. I am so grateful to be on this path of learning and sharing, creating a warm compassionate space for any individual in our classes.
I’m now settled in Cardiff and offer a style including breathwork practices, strengthening and conditioning sequences and long held nourishing postures to give a supported and insightful class aimed at releasing trauma and tension and connecting BodyMind with an experience of Embodied Awareness.
